Year–round live theater by Davis County Performing Arts Corp. Located off of Parrish Lane in Centerville (just north of the Zions Bank Building on Parrish).

In 2007, voters approved the construction of the $14.5 million Davis Center for the Performing Arts. In 2010, The Davis Center for the Performing Arts and Rodgers Memorial Theatre combined their organizations to become CenterPoint Legacy Theatre — the resident performing arts company.
