Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM -5 PM Mountain Standard Time.

Competitive bids for your business will be compiled and delivered to you in an easy-to-read packet within about one week. Bids will be personalized for your meeting and will be delivered to you by your deadline.

The Davis Area CVB can assist with all of the arrangements with your meeting: ground transportation, entertainment, off site venues, tours, speakers, local publicity, etc.
