Davis Area campgrounds vary in terms of amenities and services. RV parks are found at Lagoon and Cherry Hill Parks. Campers, RVs and even small cabins are available at the Pony Express RV resort. Traditional camping is available at improved and unimproved campsites in the hills above Davis Co. and on Antelope Island.
Access to Bountiful Ridge is via an unimproved dirt road up Farmington Canyon, or above the "B" in Bountiful. Neither drive is for the feint of heart (the first has very steep drop-offs, the latter a washboard surface), but the views from the ridge are spectacular - and the forests are beautiful.
